These scrapbooks were compiled by George Alex Harris and include events and people from the 1920s during his time as a student at the University of Texas at Austin. George Harris was a track athlete at UT who earned his letter in 1924-’25 and 1930. Harris also assisted legendary Clyde Littlefield as a coach of the UT men’s track and field team. The scrapbook was generously donated in 2021 by Kay Nell Harris, the daughter-in-law of Leona and George Harris.
