Dr. Milton Jamail, retired from the Government Department at The University of Texas, is the author of Full Count: Inside Cuban Baseball and has worked as a baseball reporter for a variety of publications, including USA Today.   Dr. Jamail  coordinated the Latin American Cultural and Educational Programs for the Tampa Bay Rays, a language program designed to help Latin American baseball recruits transition to life in the United States.
